Night walker arrested early this morning on drug charges, again

A man walking in Bloomfield in the middle of the night, with a warrant out for his arrest, is accused of carrying drugs and paraphernalia in his backpack. He said he just used those red straws to chew on. A deputy said those red straws had a white powder residue inside. This story is very similar to another story posted about a year ago about the same man.
