After trespassing on property in the Bloomfield area, a 21-year-old Worthington man’s location was tracked by a Greene County judge until police arrived on the scene.

On July 11, the Greene County Sheriff’s Department received two separate calls regarding a suspicious person on their property. Greene County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Michael Coy responded to the Bloomfield area residence in an attempt to locate the male, later identified as Jackie Lee Camden, 21, of Worthington, but was unsuccessful.

Approximately two hours later, dispatch received a call that Judge Lucas Rudisill had located the subject in the Bloomfield Park. Judge Rudisill followed Camden until Deputy Jordan Allor arrived on scene. Rudisill told Deputy Allor Camden has trespassed on his neighbors property and the incident was recorded.

Deputy Allor approached Camden and advised he’d been told he had been trespassing on people’s property to which Camden replied, he wasn’t, he was just walking through their yards. Deputy Allor informed Camden he’d been captured on camera trespassing. While talking to Camden, Allor said he became agitated and started to show signs he was going to walk away. Allor informed Camden he was going to be detained for the remainder of the investigation.

While attempting to explain he was investigating the incident and attempting to identify him as the subject who trespassed, Camden would not stop interrupting Deputy Allor. Allor asked Camden to stop talking, to which he responded, “Don’t take your fl*****g voice with me bub. You ain’t f*****g nothing bub. You’re f*****g cop. I’ll spit on that f*****g badge. Do you know who you are f*****g with?” Camden later told Deputy Allor that he was Jesus Christ and offered to show marks where he was cut and thrown on a cross.

Deputy Allor was on the scene alone, so he called for assistance from Bloomfield Police Department Office Ryan Montgomery.

When attempting to read Camden his rights, he kept interrupting Deputy Allor. He claimed he was never presented evidence of trespassing so he could not be arrested for trespassing. Allor asked if he could finish reading his rights to which Camden responded, “OK finish your sentence then leave. If you wrongfully accuse me, I’m going to f*****g come back and sue the f*****g s**t out of you.”

While attempting to identify the subject as Camden, Allor asked for his name to which he replied Jack or Jackie Camden. He refused to tell Deputy Allor his date of birth. Once at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Allor observed Camden’s photo from his driver’s license record and was able to identify him as Jackie Camden.

While at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department, Deputy Allor read Camden a trespassing notification and if he returns to the property he will be arrested for trespassing.

Camden was arrested on a charge of failure to aid an officer, a Class B Misdemeanor.

His bond was set at $500 surety with 10 percent cash allowed..
