Earlier today, Wednesday, September 29, 2021, deputies with the Owen County Sheriff’s Department were dispatched to the area of Upper Cliff Road in Owen County in reference to a male subject who had been shot in the leg. After an initial investigation, it is believed 31-year-old Bobby Forey-Standifer shot 25-year-old Zebediah Featherston from a moving vehicle in the area of State Road 42 and State Road 243. Featherston was transported to IU Health-Bloomington Hospital. His condition is unknown at this time. The suspect, Forey-Standifer (pictured), remains at large.
