October 5 is the deadline to register to vote in the November election

If you’re not registered to vote in the fall election, there’s still time, but the deadline is coming up on Monday, October 5. If you are registered before the deadline, you will be able to vote in the General Election on Tuesday, November 3, or be able to vote during the early voting period.

Monday, October 5, is also the deadline for updating your registration to change your name or address.

Voters can register in person in the Voter Registration Office on the second floor of the Greene County Courthouse when the Courthouse is open, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.

Voters can also register online by visiting https://indianavoters.in.gov/. Voters who are registering or changing their registration info online will have until midnight on Monday, October 5, to submit their application or request for changes.
