When Devin Bradley Tatlock, 22, Linton, appeared in Greene Superior Court on May 13, he changed his plea to guilty of possession of narcotic drug - heroin, a Level 6 felony, and was sentenced by Judge Dena Martin to 1.5 years in the Greene County Community Corrections Work Release Center.

Tatlock was given credit for 120 days already served in jail and he will be given good time credit for those days if eligible.

If Tatlock does not find suitable employment or violates the terms of work release, he will have to serve his time in jail.

In keeping with the terms of the agreement, other cases pending against Tatlock were dismissed.
