Jasonville to host free Back-to-School Bash for Shakamak students Aug. 1

Families in the Metropolitan School District of Shakamak School Corporation are invited to kick off the new school year at a free Back-to-School Bash on Saturday, Aug. 1.

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Pizza Villa and Main Street Salon in Jasonville.

The community event will feature free school supplies, backpacks, haircuts, food and drinks, along with bounce houses and other family-friendly activities.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to enter a drawing to win a registration for Fall Ball.

The Back-to-School Bash is sponsored by the City of Jasonville.
