Indiana Department of Health offering surplus COVID test kits and PPE to various agencies

BinaxNOW test kits and PPE

The Indiana Department of Health has a surplus of BinaxNOW test kits that will expire on November 11, as well as large quantities of PPE that are available for order through the Langham Portal. They are offering open ordering to hospitals, long-term care facilities, local health departments, jails, schools, home healthcare, in-home care providers, assisted living facilities, adult day centers, and other healthcare agencies interested in using the kits prior to the expiration date. Please place orders on the Langham Portal and follow instructions in the portal guidance attached. PLEASE NOTE – in order to place an order, the provider must have an established CLIA Waiver number.

IDOH also has a large quantity of PPE items that are available for order on the portal. Allocations will be released for the fourth quarter to encourage orders of masks, sanitizer and other PPE items listed through the link below. Orders must be placed on the Langham Portal as well. Shipping fees will be waived for orders of PPE through the fourth quarter. Providers do not need a CLIA Waiver number to order PPE items.
