UPDATE: Greene County Sheriff's Department seeks assistance in welfare check

UPDATE: Goodman has contacted police and is deemed safe. The Greene County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Robert E. Goodman in order to conduct a welfare check.

Goodman was last seen by his family on the evening of Friday, Aug. 1, 2025, and has not been in contact with them since. While his whereabouts remain unconfirmed, Goodman and his vehicle were captured on traffic cameras in Hendricks County on the evening of Sunday, Aug. 3, 2025.

Goodman may be driving a silver 2005 Honda Pilot with Indiana license plate 450DZZ.

Anyone who has seen Goodman or has information about his location is encouraged to contact the Greene County Sheriff’s Department at 812-384-4411 so that officers may check on his well-being.

The welfare check is being conducted by Deputy Camron Frye.
