Funeral Arrangements for Master Trooper James Bailey

Fort Wayne, IN - The Indiana State Police, along with the family of Master Trooper James Bailey have finalized the visitation and funeral arrangements. The route of the procession is still being determined and those details will be released as soon as they are finalized.
