On December 11, 2025, the Greene County Sheriff’s Office received information based on Flock camera data from Marion County a suspect in a Marion County homicide investigation was headed towards Greene County. The suspect, Bryan Pedigo, also reportedly had multiple outstanding Marion County arrest warrants.

According to a press release from Greene County Sheriff' George Dallaire, Greene County Flock cameras captured the suspect vehicle near Lyons and after an extended search based on Flock camera data law enforcement including Indiana Conservation Police, Indiana State Police, and Greene County Deputies located the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on SR 57 near Wagler Racetrack.

Bryan Pedigo was taken into custody without incident and transported to Marion County.

As a result of this traffic stop there was also a Greene County OVWI investigation started by the Indiana State Police.

Marion County arrested Pedigo on OVWI, OVWI with Endangerment, Criminal Trespass, Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct warrants, and we were informed he is also being charged in Marion County with homicide.
