Traffic Stop and Subsequent Search Leads to Hypodermic Syringes and Dealing of Methamphetamine Arrest

Sullivan County - Monday, November 14, 2022, at approximately 5:30 p.m., Trooper William Clark of the Putnamville State Police Post stopped a passenger vehicle on State Road 54 near Section Street in Sullivan, for exceeding the posted speed limit. 

The driver of the passenger vehicle was identified as Jonathan Clymer, age 28, of Terre Haute.  A passenger in the vehicle was identified as Isaac Bradbury, age 28, of Dugger. 

During the conversation with Clymer and Bradbury, criminal indicators were observed.  Probable cause resulted in a search of the vehicle which located approximately 12 grams of methamphetamine, 67 hypodermic syringes, drug paraphernalia, anabolic steroids, and a large amount of small plastic baggies.  Both Clymer and Bradbury were taken into custody and transported to the Sullivan County Jail without incident.

Further investigation discovered that Jonathan Clymer was wanted on an active warrant out of Vigo County for arson.

Dealing Methamphetamine, Level 2, Felony

• Possession of Hypodermic Syringe, Class 6 Felony

• Possession of Methamphetamine, Level 6 Felony

• Possession of Anabolic Steroids, Level 6 Felony

• Arson, (warrant), Level 4 Felony

• Possession of Paraphernalia, Class C Misdemeanor

• Possession of Methamphetamine, Felony 6

• Possession of Hypodermic Syringe, Class 6 Felony

• Possession of Paraphernalia, Class C Misdemeanor

Bradbury currently has two criminal cases pending against him in Greene County.
