Double fatal crash closes southbound I-69 in Greene County
/Indiana State Police are investigating a double-fatal crash on Interstate 69 in Greene County.
According to the Indiana State Police Bloomington District, troopers are investigating a crash involving two fatalities on southbound I-69 near the 93-mile marker.
The northbound lanes, which were closed earlier Saturday, have since reopened to traffic. However, the southbound lanes remain closed as investigators continue to process the scene.
Motorists are urged to avoid the area and seek alternate routes until the investigation is complete.
Indiana State Police said additional information will be released as it becomes available.
