The City of Linton will launch its newly redesigned website Thursday, Oct. 1, offering residents a more modern and convenient way to access city information and services.

The website address will remain www.cityoflinton.in.gov, but visitors will notice a new appearance, simplified navigation and several additional features.

Developed through CivicPlus, the redesigned website will feature a mobile-friendly format and improved access to city departments, services, documents, news and community information.

Residents also will be able to create user accounts, personalize their settings, follow topics that interest them and select additional options for receiving city updates.

City officials said the new platform will provide improved tools that will allow Linton to continue expanding its online services in the future.

“The redesign is about more than giving the website a new look,” the city said in its announcement. “Our goal is to make City information easier to find, improve communication with residents, and create a website that can continue growing with the needs of our community.”

The redesigned website will be available beginning Thursday at www.cityoflinton.in.gov.
