Carroll County – After an extensive investigation, the Delphi Double Homicide Task Force made an arrest for the murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German.
Read MoreLast week, anonymous sources alerted media of a break in the Delphi murder case involving the arrest of a suspect. Then last Friday, the Indiana State Police announced a press conference will be held this week to announce the developments in the 2017 murders of Libby German and Abby Williams. Late yesterday, ISP issued an advisory to media that the conference is scheduled for this morning, Monday, October 31, at 10 a.m. at the Delphi United Methodist Church. According to the advisory received by GreeneStreets, the event will be broadcast live on Facebook. (Link is included in this post.) Of course, it is sure to be carried live by numerous television news media.

Jackie Lynn Harris, 86, of Jasonville, passed away peacefully at 7:10 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Serenity Springs Nursing Home.
Bennett J. LeSuer, 85, of Linton, Indiana, went to Heaven to be with Jesus with family by his side at home, on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. He was born on August 2, 1940, in Calais, Maine, to Walter E. LeSuer and Ada (Benner) LeSuer Caldwell. Bennett married his loving wife, Helen I. (Hobbs) LeSuer on August 30, 1970.
Barbara Ann (Hutcherson) Howard, 92, of Bicknell, Indiana, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2026, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana.
Fulgencio J. Ragudo, Jr., affectionately known as Fugi, age 79, of Linton, formerly of Terre Haute, born and raised in Maui, Hawaii, passed away peacefully in the home he loved so much in Linton, Indiana on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Born on February 24, 1947, he was the son of Fulgencio Juan Ragudo, Sr. and Elizabeth (Kuoha) Ragudo.
Carolyn Sue Bennett, 85, of Linton, Indiana, went to Heaven on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Glenburn Nursing Home in Linton. She was born on July 21, 1940, in Greene County, Indiana to Lester and Catherine Berniece (Denman) Bennett.
Betty Lee (Baker) Sprinkle of Plainville, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully at the age of 99 years on Sunday, July 19, 2026, at the Ketcham Memorial Center in Odon, Indiana. She was born on April 14, 1927, in Wheatland, Indiana where she was the thirteenth of fourteen children born to Samuel T. and Ida May (Harbin) Baker and was the last to survive.
Timothy Wayne King, 73, passed away peacefully at his residence in Dugger, IN, on July 16, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
