Arrested: Solsberry woman accused of breaking a man’s leg with a baseball bat
A Solsberry woman accused of breaking her neighbor’s leg with a baseball bat was arrested Thursday, June 21, by Greene County Sheriff’s Detective James O’Malley.
Rachel Leann Crouch, 38, will be charged with battery resulting in bodily injury, a Level 5 felony, and battery by means of a deadly weapon, also a Level 5 felony, when she appears in Greene Superior Court on Monday, July 2, for an initial hearing.
The warrant for her arrest was issued on Monday, June 18, following an investigation by Indiana State Police Trooper Taylor Lowry.
Crouch was booked in to the Greene County Jail around 2 p.m. Thursday.
Her bond was set at $20,000 surety with ten percent allowed. She posted $2,000 cash and was released later the same day.
