Greene Circuit Court, Criminal Cases

  • State v. Cody K. Etherton, dealing in methamphetamine/delivery of methamphetamine – amount between 5 & 10 grams, possession of marijuana

  • State v. Christopher A. Couch, child molesting where defendant is at least 21 years of age, incest but victim is less than 16 years old, rape – rape when compelled by force or imminent threat of force, possession of paraphernalia

  • State v. Jacquelyn Nicole Richardson, resisting law enforcement using a vehicle, reckless driving – driving at an unreasonable speed so to endanger safety
