Greene Circuit Court, Criminal Cases

  • State v. Kevin Layne Deckard, domestic battery, intimidation – defendant draws or uses a deadly weapon, pointing a firearm at another, resisting law enforcement – knowingly/intentionally forcibly resist/obstruct

  • State v. Morgan B. Hudson, attempted murder – attempted intentionally killing of another, aggravated battery – when the assault poses a substantial risk of death, battery by means of a deadly weapon
