New entries on the morning Jail Log at the Greene County Sheriff’s Department on Monday, April 5, 2021:

April 1, 10:04 a.m. – Nicole Marie Day, 34, Jasonville, Ind., was arrested on a Writ of Attachment. Her bond was set at $500 cash only. She posted $500 and was released later the same day.

April 1, 11:14 a.m. – Ashley Marie Burris, also known as Ashley Marie Philpot, 20, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony neglect of a dependent and incest, and misdemeanor false informing. Her bond was set at $21,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Worthington Town Marshal Jim O’Malley was the arresting officer.

April 1, 11:27 a.m. – Charles Phillip Philpot, 24, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony battery against a child under the age of 14 and neglect of a dependent, and misdemeanor false informing. His bond was set at $21,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Worthington Town Marshal Jim O’Malley was the arresting officer.

April 1, 1:54 p.m. – Fred Leon Stewart, 44, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a violation of work release in a case involving felony dealing methamphetamine. He was being held without bond.

April 1, 5:07 p.m. – Julia Aaron Egan, 18, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of felony incest. Her bond was set at $10,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $1,000 and was released later the same day. Worthington Town Marshal Jim O’Malley was the arresting officer.

April 1, 5:58 p.m. – Paul Ryan Hepner, 29, Solsberry, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued for a DOC parole violation. He was being held without bond. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Coy was the arresting officer.

April 2, 12:08 p.m. – Jessica Larae, Nelson, 30, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a warrant issued on preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe, and misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior within 10 years and possession of marijuana. She was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Allor was the arresting officer.

April 2, 11:14 p.m. – Jeffrey Shane Crowder, 44, Bloomington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony operating a motor vehicle while being an habitual traffic violator and possession of methamphetamine. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Devan Goad was the arresting officer.

April 3, 12:12 a.m. – Devin Bradley Tatlock, 22, Linton, Ind., was arrested on two warrants, one issued on a preliminary charge of felony possession of a legend drug, the other issued on a petition to revoke bond in a case involving felony possession of cocaine or narcotic drug. Bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed on the new charge but he was being held without bond on the petition to revoke bond. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

April 3, 11:14 p.m. – Lauryn Brook Vallad, 18, Linton, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and minor possession of alcohol. Her bond was set at $1,500 surety with ten percent cash allowed. She posted $150 and was released on April 4. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

April 3, 11:54 p.m. – Matthew Jordan Young, 25, Mount Vernon, Ky., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony intimidation and domestic battery. His bond was set at $18,000 cash only. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Alan Jackson was the arresting officer.

April 4, 5:00 a.m. – Paul Artem McHenry, 30, Worthington, Ind., was arrested on new preliminary charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor operating a vehicle with a controlled substance in the body. He was being held without bond pending court appearance. Linton Police Officer Janzen Franklin was the arresting officer.

April 4, 5:21 p.m. – Holly Jo Erdmann, 57, Plainfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her bond was set at $4,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy Harvey Holt was the arresting officer.

April 5, 8:55 a.m. – Linda Kay Holderman, 51, Bloomfield, Ind., was arrested on a new preliminary charge of misdemeanor domestic battery. Her bond was set at $1,000 surety with ten percent cash allowed. Greene County Sheriff’s Deputy James Carpenter was the arresting officer.
