A Bloomfield woman, who suffered serious injuries in a crash about three years ago and was subsequently convicted of felony OVWI, was arrested late last night. She was driving through Bloomfield in a Mercedes and got pulled over by a BPD officer. She’s facing OVWI charges as Level 5 felonies.
